Sandra uses AI to organise information and test her ideas for weaknesses, always bringing her own experience to the process. But during a design sprint, she saw how quickly this can backfire: the drafts looked so polished that everyone treated them as the final result. When something already looks finished, no one feels comfortable questioning it. Yet an initial idea should invite people to keep working on it. That is how something truly new emerges. That is why Sandra stays in charge: AI gives her material to work with, but she decides where it goes.
