Lukas went from initial reluctance to embracing AI after switching to Claude and experimenting with AI agents. He uses it to gather information and research products before writing film scripts. In one project, AI already makes technical decisions about programming languages and the underlying data model. His best ideas, however, come while writing on a train, ideally without an internet connection. He sees himself as a skilled craftsman rather than a particularly creative person and values work that demonstrates mastery. He believes that having to pay the true cost of AI use would help curb its use.
